Queensland hospital Princess Alexandra Hospital is fighting the war on waste, using the enrich360 E550A to converting thousands of kilograms of unavoidable food scraps into fertiliser  for their garden beds.

The dehydrator converts the food to fertiliser  in less than 24-hours

“We wanted to get rid of food waste and create a by-product that we could use,” director of operational services Noel Matson told ABC Radio Brisbane.

“The machine dehydrates the food, takes the moisture out, heats it up and cleans it up.
