Grosvenor Place was Australia’s first high-rise tower to introduce the enrich360® dehydrator, and it’s been integrated with such success that demand is exceeding supply.

With far-sighted environmental engineering woven into the fabric of Grosvenor Place to minimise waste and conserve energy, the enrich360 solution is the ideal complementary technology for this large-scale complex in the heart of Sydney.

Housing prestigious retail and commercial clients, the building community’s food scraps are converted into fertiliser for compost in less than 24 hours, more than 10 tonnes of discarded food was processed in the first three months.

"The enrich360 model works well for us. It has enabled us to roll out a food waste stream to all of our tenants and achieve a cost saving on our previous organic waste recycling. It has proved so popular that we are having to upgrade to the next size dehydrator.”

“Also, because our food waste is reduced in size/weight by 75% the transport miles associated with the waste removal are significantly less.” - Geoff Hilbourne, Contracts and Operations Manager.

We save on the bills to the tune of $20,000 a year in waste costs, plus we save on the environment by diverting literally thousands of kilograms from landfill and producing a useful, regenerated product to put back to use in agriculture.
